The Power in Diversity conference is an annual event hosted at St. Cloud State University. This conference encompasses a series of workshops, featured speakers, and collaborations with the Career Center to organize one of the largest job fairs in Minnesota. The primary objective of the conference is to foster awareness and share narratives from individuals of diverse backgrounds. The theme for this year’s conference was “Inclusive Innovation,” focusing on the integration of novel ideas while emphasizing the importance of diversity.
